自发式气调技术
1982年起,江亿就参加了由山西省农科院主持的国家“六五”攻关重点项目“苹果的产地储存技术”,负责其热环境原理研究及性能优化。他们利用当地现有的条件,为农民设计出窑洞储存苹果的土办法,就是打出几十米的窑洞,再在里面修一条通风道,让空气流通起来,通过调节窑洞内外空气的流通来调节温度,这样不管是春夏秋冬里面的温度都被控制在0~6摄氏度。配合他们研究的“自发式气调技术”,实现了与现代化储存手段完全相同的储藏保鲜效果。

Biomass-fuelled systems for building
Cao et al. (2011) studied that a traditional Chinese Kang system using biomass for the house heating at rural regions of Northeast China, who estimated about 175 million population live in this kind of houses. The biomass as a heat source burn in the stove which also used to be household cooking and then the high-temperature smoke form stove through the Kang body (a chamber mainly made by clay) slowly to the chimney as shown in the figure.
